Reindeer
This month Linda and I took a Hurtigruten cruise along the coast of Norway well up into the Arctic Circle. Although by no means a wildlife holiday, there were some opportunities to go ashore and see what could be seen. Good numbers of reindeer were seen and though they are not strictly wild as they are "owned" by Sami people, they are very much free range and left to roam. These are males with new antlers growing and still in velvet.
