Hoopoe
On day 2 we returned for a morning session in the Tower Hide. In the afternoon we moved 100 metres to a hide adjacent to a ruined farmhouse where a pair of Hoopoes were nesting under the eaves. The well grown young were being fed very frequently allowing plenty of images to be taken although quick reflexes were needed as the action happened at lightning speed. Flight shots in particular were very tricky but at least the sun came out and we had some decent light for most of this session.
